Part Capacities for Conveyor Process
- Large Part Capacity of 36″ W x 66″ H x 360″ L (3′ x 5.5′ x 30′)
- Part Weight Limit of 1,000 pounds
- Parts longer than 20′ are usually acceptable, but additional handling may apply.
Arrow Powder Coating Conveyor Process
- Parts are media blasted/chemically stripped if needed.
- Parts are loaded on the conveyor line.
- Parts pass through the pretreatment washer that cleans, phosphates, and rinses.
- Parts pass through the dryoff oven to remove water.
- Parts pass through the powder booth, where the powder is electrostatically sprayed.
- Parts pass through the infrared heating elements and cure oven.
- Parts are unloaded from the conveyor line.
- Parts are packed and ready for pickup/shipment.

- Parts are moved to the pretreatment station that cleans, phosphates, and rinses.
- Parts are moved into the dry-off oven to remove water.
- Parts are moved to the powder booth, where the powder is electrostatically sprayed.
- Parts are moved into the cure oven.
- Parts are unloaded from rack.
- Parts are packed and ready for pickup/shipment.
